and where these factors meet for success!
The formula for a great Visitor Economy that builds sustainable prosperous communities
Lorick Management and Visitor Economy Development understand what is required to build capacity and demand with long-term results.
The company has been the project managers behind successful projects such as:
The award winning "Darling River Run" initial development and marketing
Hills Hawkesbury Tourism creation and marketing as a fully independent body
Setting up the first mobile visitor information centre in the Sydney basin
Managing various regional tourism organisations and communications to many stakeholders for cohesive action
Instigating and managing industry development conferences, seminars and workshops in regional NSW
Running many successful outdoor public events
Coordinating the NSW Tourism Awards over multiple years with record applications and attendance.
The division Visitor Economy Development was set up in 2019 due to the increased need to focus on infrastructure and capacity building needs in the industry. As an IAP2 company and a member of most tourism peak bodies, we donated many hours to helping in drought projects.
Visitor Economy Development was successful in winning a grant for the Sturt's Steps Tourism Infrastructure project for Corner Country NSW, resulting in a record amount of investment being put into tourism in this area. Click here to keep updated on this project.
Visitor Economy Development also assists clients on refocusing their priorities for maximum outcomes for the business and take a strategic approach to any challenge.
We strive to assist businesses in being a sustainable part of their industry.
