Coordinating the NSW Tourism Awards over multiple years with record applications and attendance.
The division Visitor Economy Development was set up in 2019 as there has been increased need to focus on infrastructure and capacity building needs in the industry. One achievement to date has been the successful grant bid for the Sturt's Steps project for Corner Country NSW, resulting in a record amount of investment being put into tourism in this area.
